Print your design,
not the UI

Quick Print for Canva strips away every toolbar, sidebar, and panel — leaving only your clean design canvas in the print dialog.

Three steps. Zero fuss.

From Canva editor to clean print-ready output in seconds — no settings to configure, no canvas resizing needed.

01

Open your design

Navigate to any design in the Canva editor. The extension automatically detects your canvas and all its pages.

02

Click Print Canvas

Click the extension icon and press Print Canvas, or use the Ctrl + P shortcut directly on the page.

03

Print & done

Your browser's print dialog opens showing only the canvas, scaled perfectly to fit the page. Print, then the editor restores automatically.

Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.

Multi-page support

All pages in your Canva design are detected automatically — each prints on its own page, in correct order.

Fit-to-page scaling

Designs scale automatically to fill the paper — portrait or landscape — without cropping or distortion.

Background colour preserved

Background fills and colours print exactly as they appear on screen — no more white overrides from the browser.

Chrome & Canva UI hidden

Toolbars, sidebars, rulers, page controls — all hidden. The print output contains only your canvas, nothing else.

Ctrl + P shortcut

Press Ctrl + P (or Cmd + P on Mac) while in the Canva editor to trigger print instantly — no popup needed.

Private & zero telemetry

No accounts, no servers, no tracking. The extension runs entirely in your browser and never transmits any data.

Common questions

It works on any design opened in the Canva editor at canva.com. This includes presentations, social graphics, documents, posters, and more — single-page or multi-page.
Yes. As soon as the browser's print dialog is dismissed (whether you print or cancel), the extension automatically undoes all its changes and restores the Canva editor to its original state.
By default, Ctrl + P on the Canva page either does nothing useful or triggers Canva's own print flow (which includes all the UI). The extension intercepts the shortcut first and replaces it with a clean canvas-only print.
The current release targets Chrome and Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, Arc, etc.). A Firefox-compatible build is in consideration for a future release.
No. The extension has no backend, no analytics, and no remote logging. It only reads the active tab URL to determine if you are on the Canva editor, and it never reads the content of your designs. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
